When your organization is first registered to use the Connect Module, and all the setup procedures on the Belina Payroll HR side have been entered. It would now be time for the administrator to do the setup on the Connect Module side. Step 1 : Turn on your computer and go to the internet using your web browser, eg. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge Step 2 : type 'belinaconnect.com' into the address box and press enter. Step 3 : A welcome screen appears. Enter the administrator's email address (personal or business email) or Mobile Number in the first text box. In the second text box enter the 'Temporary Password' (which is the administrator's mobile number) given in the email. After successful login you will be prompted to enter a new password. Enter your new password into the second text box observing the password rules. To help the user comply with these password rules a tick is displayed against each criteria as it is met. Once this has been entered confirm the password by re-entering it into the third text box. If the passwords match a message displays in green, saying 'Passwords match'. When the passwords match Click on 'Register'. The password should contain: 1 Capital letter 1 Lowercase letter 1 Numeric Character 1 Special Character, and The overall length of the password should be no less than 6 characters long.
This password complexity check is the Belina Connect default. This complexity can be reduced or extended by the administrator in the Settings section of Belina Connect.
