Use this menu option to download User information, fingerprint templates and attendance data from the Biometric Terminal onto a USB flashdrive for upload into attendance software or import onto other biometric terminals.

Download Att log |
Download attendance data on the biometric terminal and save it to the USB flashdrive. A screen message “downloading data, please wait…” will appear on the display until the data is successfully downloaded. Notice that the data is stored in a file 'udata.dat' on the USB flashdrive. |

Downdloads Users information and fingerprints from the biometric terminal to the USB flashdrive. |
Download SMS |
Downloads SMS data from the biometric terminal onto the USB flashdrive in a file named 'sms.dat'. |
Download Photo |
Downloads User photos from the biometric terminal onto the USB flashdrive |

Files downloaded can now be uploaded onto other terminals. The Att. Log can be uploaded into the Belina Time Control Module, or third party software.
