To process a leave adjustment:

Leave adjustments are used to:
•Enter opening leave balances, or to
•Adjust the accumulated leave balances
If necessary create the Leave Adjustment Transaction Code, to do this:
•Go to the 'Edit', then 'Transaction Codes' menu options
•A listing of existing Transaction Codes is listed. Check whether the code exists, if not, then
•Press 'Insert' to add a new code,
•Select the 'Leave Annual Adjustment' Category
•Accept the default description or change as appropriate
•Complete the other fields on the form.
•An option is given to have the leave adjustment rate compute at the last rate of pay that applied.
•It is also possible to have the adjustment affect 'Normal Leave', 'Leave Bank' or 'Long Service Leave Bank'
•Press 'OK' to save the Transaction Code
Now the transaction can be processed for the employee, to do this:
•Go to the 'Process', then 'Payslip Input' processing option, or select a processing method that suits the type of processing you intend to do
•Select the employee that is going to have a leave adjustment
•The current transactions are displayed,
•Click 'Insert',
•Search for or locate the Leave Adjustment Code,
•Highlight the Code and press Select
•A radio button allows you to select whether to 'Increase' or 'Decrease' the Leave Balance
•Enter the number of 'Units'
•Press 'OK' to save the transaction processed.
