Modules - 4 in 1

Belina PayrollHR includes four integrated modules:

Belina PayrollHR (Payroll Module)

Includes Payroll core features such as automatic tax calculation, pensions, leave and loan processing, backpay, pay increase, cost centre processing.

Belina InspireHR (Human Resources - Full Featured)

Human Resource core features plus Performance appraisal, Promotions, Recruitment, Discipline and Organizational Charting

Belina CentralHR (Human Resources)

Human Resource core features, includes Document handling, Tool issues, Discipline, Clothing issues, Promotions, Personal information data.

Belina Connect (Employee Interface)

The employees portal to apply for Overtime, Leave, Loan, Advance applications as well as access payslips and other information.

Time Control Module (Time & Access)

Records employee clockings and automatically calculates hours worked in accordance with the policies of the organization and transfers the results directly to payroll.

Training & Support

We offer comprehensive training options including group courses (Beginners and Advanced) in Harare and Bulawayo, plus personalized implementation support with a structured syllabus to ensure successful payroll processing.
