Support Policies

Our policy, from inception, has been to provide the highest quality software support and service to our clients.  The starting point of service is to ensure that we have a good working product that is easy to use and has the functions that our clients needs.  By listening to our clients we have managed to continually enhance our product and bring welcome features.  We have also endeavored  to deliver above the expectations of most payroll users.  Often this has been by providing pro-active support by communicating information to our clients before they actually need to apply the information, this is especially true of changes to the tax and third party contribution rates.

Ethics

Our company is strongly guided by professional and moral ethics.   We are continually dealing with confidential information so a professional approach to our clients and their information is essential.

Compliance

We respond to the regulatory requirements in Zimbabwe, Malawi and Zambia and respond to changes that occur in each of these countries.
