Custom reports can be created or generated by Belina support staff on quotation. These, and other, custom reports will then be made available to you to add to your system. To use a Custom Report:
Click to play
•Go to the 'Report Add-on', then to the 'Reports Listing' menu options
•The 'Available Custom Reports' listing screen displays, showing the custom reports that have been generated by Belina for clients
•Press 'Insert' to add gain access to a custom report
•Tag one, or more, of the listed reports,
•Press 'OK'
•The selected reports will then be added onto the 'Available Custom Reports' listing and be available for use.
To view the custom report:
•Highlight the report required
•Press the 'View' button
•Enter any range selection criteria that you may have, including period details
•Use the 'Preview' button to view a report before printing
