Clock Function Keys

Each of the Function Keys on the terminals can be programmed to record particular activities.  These should only be changed after you have set the terminal language to 'Shona', Ndebele', or 'English' because when this is done on the terminal the Function Key setup returns to factory defaults.  For example they can be programmed to record Clockings:

In and Out at the beginning and end of the shift

In and Out from Tea/ Lunch

In and Out from Errands

In and Out from smoke/ toilet breaks

The Function Keys must be programmed directly on the terminal and then setup in the Belina Time Control Module, as follows:

Go to the 'Setup', the 'Terminals', then 'Clock Function Keys' menu options

Press Insert to add a Function Key

A form displays enter the 'Key', 'Key Number', and 'Function Description', where:

Key

Function Key

Key Number

This is a range of numbers from 1 - 8 provided by the terminal manufacturer which can be allocated to function keys, however

'0' is reserved for 'Check In'

'1' is reserved for 'Check Out'

Function Description

Enter the function that will be recorded when that Function Key is pressed.
