After downloading transactions from the terminals run the ‘Calculation Routine’. To do this:
Go to the ‘Process’, and ‘Calculation Routine’ menu options.
Alternatively press the Calculation Routine icon:
This goes through the system doing calculations of overtime, shorttime, leave and other calculations.
