The Belina Time Control Module is written and supported by Belina Time Systems (Private) Limited. The module works in conjunction with Belina PayrollHR and the Human Resource modules but can be used independently of them.

The software is linked to Biometric data capture terminals which record various employee start and stop times during the course of a shift. This data from the terminals is downloaded periodically to the the Belina Time Control Module software where system parameters have been setup to process the data and automatically calculate an employee's:

•Normal Hours

•Overtime

•Shorttime

•Job Cost

•Leave

•Absence

•Tardiness - Late Arrival/ Early Departure

•On-Site Presence, and more.
