Historically Zimstats has required the submission of annual payroll data. The information that they require can be extracted from the payroll. They require information about the breakdown of employee ages, gender and salary ranges. In order to extract the data there is some minimal setup required.
Age Ranges
To set up the age ranges required by Zimstats:
•Go to the 'Setup', 'Ranges' then 'Age Distribution' menu options
•Press 'Insert' to add a new age range to the table
•Enter the 'Lower Threshold Age' and 'Upper Threshold Age'
•Press 'OK' to save the entry
•Continue entering the other age ranges required by Zimstat.
Wage Ranges
To set up the wage ranges required by Zimstats:
•Go to the 'Setup', 'Ranges' then 'Wage Distribution' menu options
•Press 'Insert' to add a new wage range to the table
•Enter the 'Lower Amount' and 'Upper Amount'
•Press 'OK' to save the entry
•Continue entering the other wage ranges required by Zimstat.
Reports
The Zimstat reports show the extracted data that can be entered onto the Zimstat reports. If there is a requirement to have a Zimstat report written then this should be brought to the attention of the Belina Support Team.
