Standard Reports

Belina PayrollHR includes a function that allows you to print, email or save various reports in Excel, Word or PDF format.

 

To setup the 'Standard Reports' function:

Go to the 'View', then 'Standard Reports' menu options

Use the 'Defaults' button if you are setting up a number of reports it will be useful to set up some default values to come through automatically

Print

Tick to have the report immediately print to printer

Email

Tick to have the report immediately emailed

Email format

Use the dropdown menu to select  'PDF', 'Spreadsheet' or 'Word' format for the Emailed report

Email Address

Enter the email address/es to which the reports are to be emailed

Save to File

Tick whether to have the report saved to file

File Format

Use the dropdown menu to select  'PDF', 'Spreadsheet' or 'Word' format for the saved report

Destination Folder

Use the elipsis button to select the destination folder into which saved reports are to be filed

 

To add a report to the Standard Reports listing:

Press the 'Insert' button to add a new report

A list of available reports is displayed

Click in the checkboxes to add new reports to the list, these will come through already setup with the default values recorded in the steps above.

Press the 'Change' button to change/ update the default values that came through automatically

Print

To print all the reports that have been setup simply press 'Process.

 

This will:

Print the number of copies required,

email the reports in the format selected to the various recipients

export the reports in the format selected to the location specified.
