Registering for Connect Module

The Connect Module is an additional facility added to a running Payroll and/ or Time Control module.

 

To obtain this functionality it is necessary to request this service from Belina.  Once the necessary quotations and payments have been made new registration details are provided which give access to the Connect Module.  Assistance will then be provided to implement the new module in the form of video tutorials, personal training and implementation assistance for both the administrator of the system as well as to employees.

 

Once the preliminary steps, above, have been taken to implement the module:

New registration details, that include the Connect Module, are entered into the system

Ensure that employee email addresses are obtained and setup in each employee master record.

A configuration file will be sent with a URL to access the Connect Module with the configuration file attached.  Download/ copy the configuration file onto the payroll server.

A Belina support consultant will contact the payroll administrator and go onto the system either directly, or remotely, using connection software such as Teamviewer or Microsoft Teams.  

The support consultant will load the configuration file and provide further training assistance.

 

During the process of implementation an email will be sent to each of the employees with a URL and a temporary password that will give them access to the Connect Module.
