General

Belina PayrollHR allows you to setup your internal grading system.  Enter internal grades with a corresponding rate of pay and working conditions that apply to the grade.  This grade rate can be used when computing the service allowance and pay increases where the amounts are based on the grade rate rather than on the rate of pay set up in the employee master.

Step 1 - Edit Internal Grades

Go to the 'Edit' and 'Internal Grades' menu options.  To add a new grade click the 'Insert' button and enter the details of the grade.  If there are 'Custom Working Conditions' that apply to the grade that are different from what is set up in the 'Periods' table, then tick the checkbox and enter the details.

Belina PayrollHR requires at least one Internal Grade to be setup.  If grades are not used in your organization then set up one Internal Grade that will apply to every individual on the payroll.

Step 2 - Assign Employees to Internal Grades

Each employee should then be assigned an internal grade.  This is done by going to the 'Edit', then 'Employee Master' menu options, selecting the employee and going to the 'Works' Tab and entering the 'Grade', as shown:
