Belina PayrollHR allows the payment of employee Net Paid amounts, and payments to third parties, by printing cheques on customized stationery using a custom cheque layout. When this is done the data fields are positioned to suit your particular requirements.
To access Custom Cheques:
•Go to the 'Setup', 'Custom', then 'Cheque' menu options
•To add a new cheque layout to the table press 'Insert'
•The 'Update Cheque Formats' form is displayed, enter details for each of the fields to be displayed on the cheque.
The custom cheque layout largely depends on the positioning of data onto the cheque using 'X' and 'Y' co-ordinates. The 'X' position on the cheque is the number of positions from 1 to 132 along the horizontal line of the cheque and the 'Y' position is the vertical line number going down the cheque from 1 to 20. If no entry is made then the data for that field will not be entered.
