Initial training
|
Initial training for larger clients is almost always done on-site, at your premises, on your computer and where your records are located.

Syllabus
|
When we do our training we take you through a detailed syllabus check-list and tick each topic off when it has been covered to your satisfaction before proceeding to the next topic. We would like to ensure that you are thoroughly trained so that whilst processing you have a good foundation to work from.

Sign-off
|
Training is only complete when you sign-off showing that you are satisfied
|
Implementation
|
We help you implement the system during the course of the on-site training. This means that the system is actually implemented by the end of the training period. You are not left to alone to go back and try implement the system yourself.

After-sales Support
|
We have put in place a whole range of support services to be available for you to call upon.
|
Telephone and Skype Support
|
All members of staff are trained to use Belina Payroll. The person answering the phone most often will have the answer to your question without enduring the inconvenience of having the call transferred a number of times.
|
On-site support
|
We have a number of support personnel who are equipped to travel to your premises to assist you where necessary. This is arranged by appointment and charged on a time and mileage basis (minimum charge - one hour).
|
Office-based support
|
If you are able to bring your computer to our offices then we have a number of support personnel on hand to assist you with your queries. No appointment is necessary. Clients are served on a first-come-first-served basis. Charges are raised on a time basis (minimum charge - 30 minutes).

Teamviewer support
|
Teamviewer support is often the the quickest and convenient way of having a support person assist you on your payroll. Charges are raised on a time basis (minimum charge - 15 minutes).
