Serial Number

Licence serial number allocated by Belina for this installation of Belina Payroll.

Version, Build

The Version number 2.10 shows 2 as the main version number and the .10 as the upgrade of that version.  The build is the day on which the update was prepared and includes all released modifications to the system at that time.

Maximum Employees

The maximum number of active employees that can be paid under the User Agreement.  Current Active shows the actual number of active employees, across all the payrolls, counted under the licence.  The number of Discharged employees notes the number of employees listed on the payrolls but not counted under the licence agreement.

Registration Name

The registration name assigned by Belina to this User Licence

Expiry Date

The date on which the User Licence is currently set to expire.

Site Number

A unique site number is computed when Belina is installed and is unique to the computer server on which the system is installed.  

Server Name

The server name of the computer on which the software is installed

Registered Modules

The registered modules under the licence and accessible by the User.
