Years From/ Years To

Enter for each band the 'Years From' (Starting number of years service)  and the 'Years To' (the top of the band of the years service)

Apply Award

Tick the checkbox if an award is to be paid to employees that meet the criteria for the band.  This can be either as a percentage of a Transaction Code value, or a set amount each period.

Award is xx Percent of

If the award is set as a percentage enter the percentage amount in the field 'Award is'.  Use the dropdown menu to select the Transaction Code that the percentage will be applied against.

All Set Dependencies

Select this option if the Service Award calculation is based on the Dependencies set up on the Service Award Transaction Code.

Multiplied by

Setup a factor to be applied to the Award.  In the example above, enter 1.00 which be 1 x 10% of Basic.

Amount xx Multiplied by

Enter the Service Award amount and factor to be applied to the Award.

Award Age Lower Limit

Enter a cut off age under which no Service Award would be paid.

Insert automatically onto Payslip

Tick to have the Service Award automatically placed on every employee's Payslip Input including new employees.
