Discharge Reasons

Why an employee left employment.   When an employee leaves your organization you may wish to note the reason that they left, especially where there is a possibility of re-engagement.  The 'Discharge Reasons' option is used to setup the different reasons for discharging or suspending employment.

 

To enter a Discharge Reason

Go to the 'Edit', then 'Discharge Reason' menu options and from the table of current Discharge Reason press 'Insert'.  Then enter Discharge Reason details and press OK to save the Discharge Reason.
