To print the Total Cost per Hour Worked report:
•Go to the 'View', 'Cost to Employer', then 'Cost per Hour', menu options.
This report shows the Cost/ Hour for listed employees, calculated as the Total Cost to Employer for the period divided by the the number of hours worked.
Hours Worked
The hours worked can come from the period hours setup, Internal grades, NEC grades or Industries. In the example, below, varying hours worked per period come from the NEC rules that apply to each employee.
Cost/ Hour
The cost per hour is calculated by dividing the 'Cost to Employer' by the number of 'Hours Worked'. The 'Cost to the Employer' includes Basic, Overtime, less Shorttime, Allowances, Leave costs, Company Contributions and Benefits.
