To Edit an Approval Path :
- Click the 'Admin' menu option
- Select 'Approval Paths'
- Select 'the existing Path' and click the change icon (the pencil icon highlighted on the screen)
- Select the minus ' - ' sign to remove the existing approver
- To add a new approver select the plus ' + ' sign
- Press 'Ok' to save thee changes
